Who said V6's couldn't burn out

Here is my old stang doin a nice little one wheel peel. LOL I sold this one to step up to the beautiful thing known as a V8. Still the sixer was a sweet car.

COLD WEATHER + HOT TIRES = LOTS OF SMOKE !

What kind of exhaust did you have on that thing? That sounded pretty good for a v6. I gave my fiance my 95 v6 when I upgraded to the v8 (how nice of me huh :) ) Obviously after driving/hearing mine, she wants to do some exhaust work to try and get it a little louder (She/I know that a v8 will solve all the problems, but trying to save money from payment/ins/gas). It has just a flowmaster catback right now, straightdown each side (manifold>cats>muffler>pipes>3in chrome tips) with no crossover. Not many v6s around here with exhaust and I was just worried about it sounding bad upgrading the system anymore, since I haven't heard any with fully upgraded exhaust, but yours sounded good.

not bad but welcome to the wonderful world of V8's. Hey you should try another video and compare the two

Well to be honeset, the v6 clip has a gt take off exhaust bolted up to a UPR o/r x pipe. Not to bad for a take off. I belive the thing that is best about V6 exhaust is the tubular headers that were from the factory. If I could have done it any different, I would have done another UPR x pipe with the Magnaflow exhaust. An o/r x pipe is my favorite part of both my stangs exhausts!

Ok, am I to assume that it is a gt o/r x because I went on the UPR website and they list no x pipes for v6. I may be wrong but I figured that a v8 x pipe would not bolt up correctly to stock v6 manifolds. If you could point me in the right direction that would be great, as I don't have much experience working with v6s, in terms of exhaust. I know that MAC has complete systems, with each component having a different part number than its v8 counterpart. Thanks for the help.

hmmmm....yea, your right about UPR not making xpipes for that year sixer. I coulda swore it was UPR. Well I dunno what to tell you now. The best info I can give is that I know alot of guys go with "Pypes" x pipe. Nothing special, but it is just pipe. Just as good a UPR my buddies say.
