Someone who works out alone lol. I used to do them alone like that till I got to heavy weights where I don't feel comfortable doing it by myself on days when I go alone.

Wow, I am pretty sure his mom didn't really do much when she got there. Why didnt he just drop it backwards once he got his ankles out of the way?
