And probably gets paid about $500 just for that. Hell, who wouldn't clean bird shiot for $500?

Adrian Mustang 10-02-2006 01:20 PM

worth it

that guy is my hero! if I had a half a million dollar car im guessing a $5,000 car wash would be like me pay $25 for a car wash like I do every other weekend.

whitethunder46 10-02-2006 01:31 PM

Are you serious? Cuz if so, why spend that much money?

venom 10-02-2006 08:57 PM

Thats fine for those cars but no late model stang is worth that much.

jareds98gt 10-02-2006 10:20 PM

u could easily repaint a stang for 5 grand!

Adrian Mustang 10-03-2006 02:09 AM

maybe?

I would say that one of those Cobra R's with 1-3 miles on it maybe worth it. You know the ones that are sealed in a bubble. but then again why would one wash a car that isnt and cant get dirty.:breakdancesmilie:

o yea damn sry i forgot about your yearly 5,000 car wash

Nemesis 10-03-2006 02:28 PM

Remember they're talking in British pounds so 5000 = about $7500!

stang00 10-03-2006 03:07 PM

i think ima try that hand waxing technique and just see how it feels and wut happens

WaterDR 10-03-2006 10:29 PM

Ever heard of the phrase "stupid money?"

I guess if I spent a $1,000,000 on a car, $8,000 for a twice annual car wash might not only be cheap, but help ensure the value of my car.

Interesting to see the steps he followed.

It might work, and would definately feel cool, but the wax there needs the warmth to become wax... or some bs, that makes zero sense.

MattJ 10-05-2006 08:14 PM

Youll waste your time and make a mess trying to do that with anything other than a high quality caranuba wax.

mr.moontang 10-06-2006 06:34 AM

I use the Zymoil Titanium and it goes on with your bare hands...Killer stuff!!!

mstg97 10-08-2006 10:53 PM

wax

Its a different kind of wax oviously then the stuff we can pick up at the local parts store its a rare high quality caranuba wax that needs the air/warmth from your hands to activate it more or less. The waxes we are used to are in a form that can be directly applied to our cars or with a applicator wax on wax off.
