Ahaha, haha... hahah, thats funny. but yea, dont think it's an 04 either.

whitethunder46 03-20-2006 09:26 PM

Badfish 03-20-2006 09:28 PM

lmao!!!!!!!

venom 03-21-2006 05:37 AM

That sucks a$$. He should of went on the freeway at least the fine would of not been that high. The turnpike is about 70 MPH around here so would of been only 15 over.

Ghostalker 03-21-2006 05:53 AM

yeah, its a 94-97... and i think a vert at that... (note the lighted mirror, and i think they dropped the dash mounted clock for 98)
Nice clip!
and BTW he does notice the cop and SLAMS the brakes... most likely drops 20mph off that!

Grimmz 03-21-2006 04:18 PM

yeah that cop was lyin outa his asshole about how fast he was going... he didn't catch ****...and how can you have a KB and not have a radar detector...lol... yeah umm i got ya at 84...... and how did that kid see the cop...

And if the cop taged him with the lazer why was he driving toward the kid...i think the cop made some **** up cuz he saw he was speeding but didn't actually get a reading...

PROSTREET GT 03-21-2006 06:18 PM

LOL, well being a police officer myself.......there are some cops out there that get their jollys from catching people speeding. Me, not so much. Why...because on occasion I speed. And I guarantee the cops that write 100 speeding tickets a day do too. In Larry's deal there, He was polite to the officer and completely cooperative. That in my opinion deserves consideration. I'm not going to lie, I would have stopped him to, but the outcome might have been a little different. BTW, why do you think cops can't run radar while comming at you? We can do it stopped, at angles and from behind as well. Keep that in mind.

Well, honestly if I were an officer I would have to say that the person's attitude would make the difference whether or not they got a ticket too. This guy was speeding obviously but it didn't appear he was driving recklessly and more so just trying his car out. I would take that into consideration as well. If I were a cop I'd focus more on the ones who tailgate constantly or cut people off and stuff more than a guy going 75 in a 65. I'm 29 yrs old and have had my fair share of speeding tickets no lie, hehe..., the funny thing is though 90% of the time it was because I was in a car that attracted attention. I can speed in my pickup every day and never ever get stopped but in the Stang they watch me like a hawk watching a chicken. heheh.. Sounds like PROSTREET GT would be one of the rare "cool cops" that you run into occasionally.

Ghostalker 03-24-2006 02:40 PM

Apparently, you guys run radar all the time, and can tell the speed of any car within sight basically, lol.
However, if he wanted to fight the ticket, he very well could have, because there are only two instances in which there is no case for you, if the cop was standing still, or was running along side or behind you and clocked you at his speed.
Otherwise you can fight the case ,complain about an error, and have the ticket thrown out... From my understanding of it... =D
(which means i could have fought my ticket last year, but i just paid the 145, it was out of state anyhow!)

Thanks for your service and for being a normal guy. I am sure we all speed at times and I am always polite when dealing with the police.

BTW, how do you like your Venom?
