dyno and e/t
has anyone here or does anyone know the track times of a stock 99 v6 and the dyno numbers?
|
i can guess...ET prob at like 17
and hp depending on transmission prob between 150-165 |
i know at the engine it makes 193...but i know at the wheels has to be different. And track times thats what i was thinking 16.5-17. Ill find out on a somewhat modded v6 coming up in march when the local track opens. Will post the times on here.

u v8 assholes know that a convert v6 all stock with a pro driver in it ran a 15.5 right v6's are slow but not too slow assholes |
yeah, i would say mid 15's is a darn good guess...and i have also driven a Gt and I can say that they are a differnent animal compared to our sixers, but i still love my car none the less...
|
yeah..i knew someone selling a 01 gt same color as mine and everything and i was so tempted into selling mine, but then i thought about it, and i love my car, wouldtn get rid of it. HOping to get this fixed up to get it up to cobra speed, if not faster.

I've taken my car 0-60 in 6 seconds, with my exhaust, intake and tires... It was also like 30 degrees outside and the car has just heated up, And I was the only one in the car...that was also with a rough est. as i was lookin at my watch and the road, and shifting and steering all at the same time...

my girlfreinds six ran a 16.2 auto 3.9 L
|
Check v6power.net. There are tons of time slips up from differently modded/ stock v6's.
MMFF got a 99 5 speed down to 14.99999 LOL. Most 5 speeds run about 15.2-4ish and autos around 15.8-16.2. I can't wait to hit up a track I wonder how fast my car is in full street trim with my mods??? |
my brothers freind has a car in the shop but the cr hes driving now i think is a chrysler horizon or somthing it topped out on the high way at 55 miles an hour never got to 60
|
Yes i would say mid to low 15's the split port sixers arent that slow.
