Ugh FML she wont start.
Been doing a number of things to my car. Cut off the limp dick, took off the brake calipers and painted them, took off the pumpkin cover to check for why it was ticking, and emptied the fluid and then sealed, and filled it back up. Now after all said and done, wont start. Fml, i couldnt look in the bay because its dark now. It will turn over, and run, but not hold an idle. As soon as i start it, it catches, and falls back on its face immediately. If i start it, then gas it, its fine and i can hold the gas at like 2k, and it will stay until i let off. Info please..? :(

And you never had the hood up?
|
Im pretty sure only to top the brake fluid.

You need to check every connection under the hood. I always forget to re-connect something even if it's just to take the intake pipe off to clean something. It was the IAC that I took off for cleaning that got me last week.

Yeah, im gunna try that and the vac lines tommorow. Really hoping to get her done..

The vacccum line from the brake booster to the valvecover may be loose. I dunno if uve pulled it off. But i can pull it off of my car and it sounds like it has a cam in it.

I hope you bled the brakes properly when you put the new calipers on.

Maybe thats why it didnt start up, cause if it were to have, and u were to have driven ur brakes wouldnt have worked. God saved your life bro.

No, i know i didnt bleed them properly, i can push the pedal to the floor. I need to do so today anyways.
|
Ugh, todays progress: Started the car, tried to run it a bit, nothing. Problem still not fixed, looked for any loose hoses, nothing. Help please..
