1995 v6 Mustang has no accleration...

Need some opinions. My mustang has no accleration/hesitates from a stop. Even if i floor it, it doesn go anywere and the rpms go down and then back up. Once it goes past a certain rpm's it takes off but still feels like it has no power.

There is no check engine light on

Fuel filter has been replaced. Also just got a 255lph fuel pump installed.

no but has improved since the fuel pump was installed...

fuel pump was going out

also would anybody know whats the fuel pressure is suppose to be at?
