Mustang Road Problem

I bought my v6 from another guy. When i bought it, it already had aftermarket springs that lowered the car. The problem is whenever im driving i feel every single pebble on the road and my car bounces around. I dont even want to get into what will happen if theres a pothole or speedbump. Can anyone recommend anything maybe other springs i can put on the car to fix this.

Thanks

your stok springs

i would check to see if they left the stock shocks and struts on the car. the new springs will not allow the struts to operate in their full range, therefore only leaving very little room for travel (and a rough ride). i personally have never owned a v6 but if they are sprung from ford the way the GT's are (4x4 ride height) then those dampers are squeezed to the max. See if you can find out what springs they are and hopefully the company makes dampers that are designed to work with those springs. if not then get a nice set of Beilsteins or KYB adjustables.

that and it all depends on how long the prior owner had the springs installed to the car eventually you will have to replace shocks and sturts~

go to stock springs. If you want lower than stock then you kinda have to suck it up. Steeda Sport springs are decent riding, so are FRPP F or B springs. Read my sticky in the suspension forum. It'll help you figure things out.
