I have a 2002 v6 auto and i was wondering how much trouble it would be to convert it to a manual .

do u all think it would be worth it?

possible...but more trouble than its worth IMO.

With all the money you'd spend on it you could probably make your auto much faster than a stock manual.

whats a good gear set up for a 96 v6 automatic?

Yeah, don't waste the money. The cost would probably be enough to get you in a GT and the value of your car would drop.
