I recently ordered a new shift knob for my car from americanmuscle.com. I ordered it over a week ago and have not recieved it yet. Everyone has said how quick their shipping is so i used the free standard shipping. Should i have recieved it yet or should i call customer service??

I've never had a problem, every time i order i get my stuff in a about 2 days, 3 the most, They might not have what u ordered in stock and they are waiting for the company to send it to them before it goes to u, that did happened to me one time, i bought something and 2 weeks passed, still didn't get it so i called cusomer service, i recommed u do call customer service. it could also be they still haven't got the payment from ur card yet or where u live, either way just call to check

I just got one from MRT and it took a month and a half. I wonder if the same backorder nightmare that got MRT with mine got AM with yours. MRT was pretty cool about it though... even though I had to call them to find out what was up.
