tires

Sorry for keep bringing this up but I am a :wallbash: $#%#@ing retard. I am still unsure what size tires to get for my 18x10 and 18x9 rims for my 05 gt, with the lowering springs. The 285-35-18, MT said there will be a little rim sticking off the tire. Should I go with the 295's instead? The 265-35-18 on the front seem to be a go, I am just very unclear on the back.:wallbash: What do all you guys all recomend. Thanks again

285 would be the smallest to go for a 18x10 rim basically. 295/35/18 would be perfect. IF you really want to get that fat tire look in the rear, a 315/35/18 will fit as well, but will have a little buldging. It's sad that there are basically NO 305/35/18 or 305/30/18 tires out there.

ACK...you have an 05! I thought it was a 94-04...

Tire sizes are a bit different for those rims (and they work to your advantage quite well as far as prices go)!

18x9 is a 255-45-18

18x10 is a 285-40-18

Both are VERY close to what you want for your 05 GT :).

Thanks for the info, those are the tires I will get. Sorry Shambles for not saying these were for a 05 Gt when I talked to you. Thanks for reading my thread.:punk:
