Big wheels and Speedomiter

Just put 20"s on my car and it is beautiful but I have a question:

I am no engineer but it seems logical to me that since my tires have to rotate further that this will screw up the speedometer by some amount...and maybe even the odometer.

Any thoughts? ANyone know how much it will be off?

You can put in your stock tires and your aftermarket ones and it will tell you how far if any it is off:

If it is off significantly you should buy a hand held tuner and correct it that way.

You should of gotten tires that were the same total diameter as stock so this would not be a problem.

It is 1.5% according to that website (so when my sppedo says 60 it is actually 60.9...don't think I'll lose any sleep.....

as long as the tires measure out to 26" +/- .5" than your speedo will be fine.
