kyb agx adjustables?

i'm lookin to buy a new set of shocks and struts.. but right now with my budget, i'm thinking of gettin either tokico hp or the kyb agx adjustables from am.. i searched them but i didn't really find any good info, so which one is better?

The Tokico HPs are going to be a better damper. I have heard of reliability and longevity problems with the KYB AGX adjustables. If you need something that has adjustability the Tokico Illumina is a much better option. I would go 100% with the HP dampers out of thoes two.

What springs are you running, I think the KYB dampers would be fine with stock or stock-like spring rates.

right now i'm running stock springs, but i'll probably switch to eibach in a few months.. and as far as the tokico illuminas, where is the cheapest place to buy those?

Cheapest place to buy them is probably ebay. I got mine there for about $430 and I think there is a guy that sells some for close to $400 now.

I have the KYB's and while I like them, they are to stiff even on the softest setting for my use of my car. I wish I had gotten strange adjustable shocks/struts. But I'm a street/strip guy so I need a strut that will raise better on the loose setting for better weight transfer.
