Silver Stangs?
 

I in the past have been given crap for having a silver Mustang and would just like everyones input on why I am the black sheep of the Mustang world? I rarely see any nice silver Mustangs that are fixed up. I always see silver 6-ers that are bone stock with ugly wheels, stupid thing in the middle of the door, sittin' high, old women driving them. I don't get it? This forum is full of yellow, black, blue, DSG, and mineral grey.

What is the deal with silver? I want to know! :helpsmili

Silver mustangs are some of my fav. There is a silver Cobra here that looks killer. Your "stang" is nice too, I for one...have no problems with silver moosestangs.

I like that color of silver on yours.A friend of mine had one and it was Hawt.Alot of people just like darker colors.

how can you claim no love for silver stangs when right at the top of the forums is a silver stang?

my last car was silver. it was nice but i dont think silver is a great color for florida because it fades easy if you let it. make sure you wax yours MahnotinkneeGT

DUDE...I LOVE SILVER!!! i had a chance to buy a black, red, or white one but i chose my silver one because it was silver...and it dont show dirt like a black car does!!!

and about the whole sixers are all unmodded...i agree but not mine

if you came to my school parking lot...WOW all bone stock sixers, my modded sixer & my friends modded sixer, and 4 gt's...My group of friends that have sixers and 2 gt's all mod our cars...we like to personalize our **** from the rest of my god damn school

Not hating on all the sixer wheels. My mom has an 04 sixer with nice factory wheels. You have to agree that some of them are pretty sad though. I wonder what Ford was thinking when they designed some of them. Oh well. Glad you guys like silver though. Just something that was on my mind since I rarely see them.

Before you came to the threads, people made some cracks about silver mustangs kind of like the ones we make about yellow mustangs lol. Nobody has ever said anything bad. Just bustin' chops for having a silver car so I was just wondering what everyones thoughts were on that. I never said anyone was talking crap about my car.

I hear ya bro...nobody seems to have a dark red mustang in this dang forum. I think floppys is a different color cuz didnt he get it custom painted?

I almost bought a silver cobra but Black is just so much hawter on a stang...Silver would be my second choice tho, that and sonic blue...I also notice mosr sixers around here are silver and they always look like **** but I have never seen a sliver GT around

nah, mines the same color as yours, laser red. mug has the same color too. it's by far my favorite color on any car i've seen. i might have the option for a custom paint job with the new sponsorship coming up but i love this color and could never change it. i may get something airbrushed on it though.

I had a silver 03 GT Vert for a while and I loved it. Silver is one of my favorite colors for stangs.

the paint on my car is a custom color... the factory color was a lighter blue...


i like the color now better...

i just got to paint the inside of the doors and engine bay the same color...

i was thinkin of takin it to a paint to paint the engine bay but i think i give it wirl and get er done myself

I'm still trying to get that adhesive **** off after taking off those center strips..

i feel u there...but the adhesive came off easily but on my driver side door left a mark where the paint is lighter...BLAH i have to get it repainted...but the passanger side door looks like it was never there
