Who did you take it to...Ford...That should be like a 1 day job at the most i would think

Don't laugh....Carmax. That's where we bought it and it's still under the 30 warrantee. But they sent it to some body shop in Herndon to take care of the hinges. Yeah, I'm not too pleased.

Takes about 2 hours for both doors and 3 minutes for the fog light.

30 seconds for the fog light is more like it

3 minutes is including running into parts and getting the light bulb you need.

Make that a total of 1 hour 3 minutes then because only the driver's door was sagging.

Ok...just a little justice

p.s. was it really worth it to argue 3 seconds as opposed to 3 mins -come on
