Default tailight tint yay or nay.....pics

Im thinkin about getting some blackouts but i dont want too much black on the back of my car and i think im about at that point. I have the rear valence blackout, the decklid blackout, mach 1 spoiler(not shown in pic), and 3rd brake blackout(not shown in pic). If i got the taillight tint, i would get rid of the 3rd brake light tint. But idk, Would that be too much black? Maybe I'll remove the valence too? Heres a pic from about 8 months ago but the only difference as stated above is the mach 1 spoiler and 3rd brake blackout. I also added a pic of what it would look like.

I've always liked the way the black across the middle splits up some of the color. I'm not sure I would be a big fan of everything black. I don't know maybe I would have to see it in person. I debated on doing the "mustang" and valence but I like the way it looks with only the tails and in between the tails black.

I always think it depends on the color of the car.. I don't like the blackout on red cars but I think it would look great with your silver car. So I say go for it.

Definitely yay. You could always pull it off if you didn't like it.

I'm not too crazy about that black decal/sticker you put on the bumper. I think it's throwing off the decision of whether or not you should put the tint on.

Is that the "Honeycomb" Trim Panel and the Smoked Tail Light covers from this site? I was wanting to get that for my Mustang. I like it more with both black

No his is painted like mine)that is the Trim panel you are talking about.

If you are not up to tint for the taillights, you could always go with the retro style, like myself has....

Would it be better if I just got the trim panel or if I painted it?

alright, thanks for the comments. I ordered the blackouts so they will be here in a few days. In the mean time, I pretty sure im going to be removing the valence, but not too sure. As for the honeycomb thing in the back, its not honeycomb or painted. It's just vinyl, looks just as good as paint though, and better than the honeycomb in my opinion!

I plan on doing the same on mine too...looks sharp but I am not digging the bottom part of the bumper with the decal/paint.

Hell I am having hard enough time trying to get some jackarse on ebay to send me my lettering inserts for the rear bumper #$%@!^& but thats another story!
