with your pipes could i put a bbk catted x pipe on and mac long tubes and would it sound the same or way dif. do u think. and did u install your headerz yourself...how hard was it?

Way different. BBK is a stamped x while SLP has a true x design. Plus many people on mustangexhaust say BBK x pipe sounds like crap.

is there much of a sound dif. between long tubes and stock exhaust manifold?? If so what is it?

There is a definate difference. First, the stock headers are cast. Sound is absorbed better by the stock cast headers than the thin steel headers. With less restriction, thin walls, and far less sound absorbtion, LTH are much louder than the stock ones. Noise is one of the reasons LTH's are banned in some states.

Air restriction is greatly decreased as well.

Thanks LOOT. Well now I'm running "catless." My high flow cats are really getting burned through now that the blower is on. I need to post a new video, because the exhaust tone and volume has increased because of the forced fed supercharger!
