MGW finally released their short throw shifter for the s197 mustang, and to my surprise they have a version for both the V6 and GT. I'm probably gonna buy one for my sixer. http://www.mgwltd.com/mustang2005_shifter.shtml

Nice! The stock shifter is a pretty long throw. I'll definitley look into this.

From what I remember the 05+ stangs shift pretty good stock so I can imagine how smooth it would be with MGW.....DOOOOOOOO IT!

Yea, I didnt mind the stock shifter in the 06 I drove.

Oh wait.

My 99 has a stock shifter.
