thats a photoshop because I used to have the same dog. I had a 200lb male english mastif. He wasnt even done growing out, but he was about as tall as he was gonna get. he knocked me over a few times. they are such sweet and loveable dogs. probably the nicest you can get. they hate arguing and commotion and will get in the middle of it to stop it.
mine ended up getting cancer and dying before 2 yrs old.

that is a napolean mastiff, not an english mastiff.
that is a photoshop, it is being passed around as being the worlds largerst dog which is an english mastiff named hercules, he is 284lbs, so it is a fraud pic. but it is a good photochop. it passed through work here a few weeks ago followed by links to the debunking site, snoopscope or something.
