My advice for today:

Dont try and chug half a gallon of whole milk in under 2 minutes. It comes right back up... especially when there is beer involved.

had yogurt poops about 4 times so far...

 

your body cannot digest that much milk at once. A teacher got fired for doing that as a class excercise. Kids were puking everywhere. Parents got mad. he got fired..

 

The bet was 40 bucks to finish about 3/4s of a gallon of whole milk in under 2 minutes.

First Chug - I got a good half way finished. Things were lookin great. Time left - about 1:40

Second Chug - Got down to about 1/8th and things were lookin gloomy. My belly filled to the brim, and I could feel it expanding out. I got about a minute left

Third Chug - I look at the milk and its close to being done. I knew I was in a shitty situation but i had a minute left so I paused for about 15 seconds. Took a couple gulps and walked to the bathroom to finish off my set. I looked at the milk after this chug and I had mabye 2 or 3 gulps left and my stomach said screw you bitch and I hurled inside the bathroom sink. I only puked up about half of what I drank, but I still saw reminents of my Chipotle burrito.

I felt like a bag of smashed ******** and called it a night. I had to cash out at 1130 because of that stupid event. My anus felt like it dispersed warm yogurt all day today.

 

bullshit i've drank that much after practice or a work out... a half gallon is nothing...

 

Try doing it with protein builder in it.....blah
