Default Slp LT Headers..03 gt Vert..K-member mod ?

Has anyone installed LT Headers on a 2003 Gt Vert. Do I need to modify my K-member ?

For an auto you will most likely have to pull the the large brace that connects the frame and the K-member.

I either read or heard that I might have to modify it. I have a manual transmission. Stangdude do you have LT's on your car ? Did you install them ? I have the exact car as you by the way. Silver GT Conv.

I had to take my brace off of my vert due to the tubular K member, but i did add subrames, no problems yet. but i think if i cut part of the brace (2 pieces welded together to make the brace) i can use part of it and that's better than nothing. also i need to put my G load brace bar on.

Anyone with a vert know first hand if the LT's fit without modification?

I did them on a 00 GT. Unless there is a difference in the K-member you should be fine.

No modifications have to be done. They will slip right in.
