i have heard that same setup. its not a 3.8. it sounds more like the 4.2 stroker or even a 4.0 out of a ranger

yeah his name is GreenSteeda and if memory serves correct he's changed his exhaust set up...

Before, and actually this isn't GreenSteeda, althought GreenSteeda does have a nice set up (supercharger on mod motor + extras) this is that other kids, if you click the link in my sig to the 3.8 exhaust forum, you can find him in there, this video has been around for a couple years.
