Yes we did go to Hawaii for Christmas...it was sooo awesome....
Got a tan...got some pictures..had a few virgin Pina Coladas...it was good!

We flew Military space available...so free flight..flew on a Kc-135 there and a C-17 back...very cool!
One day we went to the USS Arizona Memorial..very powerful place..
We stayed on Waikiki beach...cool place...but very crowded....
I know someone here on the boards has a orange cobra,so i kept my eyes peeled...nvr saw it..lol...dont even know if hes on Oahu...lol

All in all a great trip...so go look at my pictures!! lol

My girlfriend's parents live on Bellows Air Base in Waimanahlo. I spent two weeks there a year or so ago. She just got back from there on New Year's Eve, bad *** place I must say. Congrats, not many people get to go.

cool i was there too! haha we probably bumped into each other once or twice without knowing it. I stayed in behind the Int. Market on Nahua and on the beach we stayed over by the surfboard racks. Did you notice the cop mustangs? There was a mach 1 in waikiki and a very well done faux mach 1. IN downtown honolulu there were at least 3 more mach 1s and a number of modified gts. Pretty sweet.

 

i went 2 hawaii for spring break last year and stayed on wakiki beach

ya there used to be a black cobra popo but then he traded it in for the mach. The fake mach is really nice and its very well done its dark red with a raised shaker but is has totally reupholstered seats and interior with 19 in black chrome mach 1 wheels

and greg..yes lots of Japanese go to the memorial...i couldnt help but give really dirty looks and a few "bumps"..

pearl harbor was a stomp on a bug compared to what we did in return.

ive always wanted to visit hawaii. it looks so beautiful there. i love places like that. its almost surreal...

i was in waikik for 2 days and i had a awesome time. i was all alone but i went clubbin anyways. i described the beach like a mall but all the chicks were in bikini's. i loved it. my C-5 to korea broke down there so it was a forced stay. some of my friends are going there in may so ima take another hop there from travis to party with them.

 

I've always wanted to go there myself. Glad ya got to go. The guy who lives there (Marc. Screen name is something like MarcinHawaii) is here every now and then. I'd love to see the Pearl Harbor Memorial myself.
