bullitts done!!! made a big diff in 60-0 stops.

I did the same except with Cobra calipers. It does make a big difference. I also took it one step further though. My freind at Ford and I flushed the system and replaced it with a much better brake fluid.

The pedal is not as hard as factory but if you stand on it then you better be ready to get out of the car and pick up your teeth.


And as a plus it comes in gold and blue. To make the next change easy. Real car guys can spot the blue though.

i flushed mine as well, used val blue synth. my ped has NO sponge feel, due to the ss hoses all the wa around, u step on pedal-u stop!!!

Mine is not spongey either. Just different. Hard to explain. And I have SS as well. Good to hear that you changed the fluid too.

my 04 just turned 9000 miles, but as long as i had to bleed all 4 wheels i fig what the heck... i do alot of road,scca, racing so i know that dot5, and syth fluid can make a big dif.

H3ll yeah! Ever seen a setup that's had too much care done to it. Every thing looks so clean, like the day you bought it. I got 12k on my 04 and the 6/$80 oil changes have been well worth it. I think I can still see the guys finger print on my rocker arms.

yeah i still change mine every 3thou, even tho i use rp. i have a 99gt with 45thou miles on it. almost as clean.

they look really good man i have been considering doing themor cobras on my GT. Excuse the stupid question but are they for all 4 and are the rotor sizes differnt? I cant seems to remember if the cobra ones or the bullit ones are the same rotor size in the back as the GT or not?

bullitt,cobra and mach all use 13 front, 11.65 rear. i used 13 cross/slotted all the way around.

forgot stock gt is 10 or 10.5
