Default Heres a problem to wrap your brain around.

SO i hate my fpss ( i took it off last weekend). I was getting surges in the supply of nitrous when the car was spraying. So i get rid of it and have a fuel psi guage instead. Now here is where its weird. I still get slight surging but only from a roll not from a dead stop till the car hits 4th gear.

Here is what i think, its either loose wiring somewhere. So i checked it all out and everything has a good solid connection.

Which leads me to what i fear the most my MSD digital window switch. I have heard from a few people that there MSD box would reset if it was shock alot. Like being in the engine with all the rattling etc.. that goes on. So.... this mean si either need to by pass and see if everythin else is fine or just call MSD and see about maybe getting a different box?

I am leanning towards the box is either bad or needs to be moved. I am pretty damn positive its not a loose wire sadly. I sent a email to MSD to see what they said about this.

The saga continues....

On the other hand i upped my jetting to a 150shot and i must say its scary how fast my car is on the 150shot. More then likly that will be a drag strip only pill i use. For the street a 125 is good enough.

hopfully one day this can be me

I had problems with my MSD switch not working at all. Talked to MSD and they said it doesnt matter if its in the engine bay or not. Im planning on sending mine in to get checked out.

yeah i heard from a few people on modular depot that a had a problem with them early on. Mine is one of the early modle digital window switch boxes so sadly it gets angry. I am waiting to see what MSD will do about this box.

One guy on MD sent his out they sent one back and it was even worse afterwards lol. Which doesnt make me feel any better about it.

Spike, my kit does the same thing..Surging while on the kit. Mine was really really bad from a roll. I changed my plugs and it helped out, but recently it did it again so i re-wired the push button and it hasnt beein surging at all, I thaught all the connections were goo too, but i guess not.

its not spark blow out i tried it with the 90jets and its the same surging. There at .035 the way they coem from NGK ( i did check them to make sure of course). I am going ot re check the wiring for loose connections maybe even redo every single connection i have. I sat therew with the car running revving ti to see if it would shake the MSD box but nothing. I have a pen cam from a freind i am going ot use and see if it really is setting off the box or not.

Why dont you disable the box and make a run at it switching on your nitrous yourself. Did you think it might be your nitrous solonoid?
