washed the car...
well, i need a new method of drying my car, because i still get water marks after done...i wash my car and stuff and when im done i drive around for 5 minutes and air dry it....then i hand dry the remaining water with a microfiber towel...
how do the rest of you guys wash your cars? thx... |
Go and buy an absorber. They work alot better for drying than a micro fiber towel.

Microfiber comes in many different types. I got a microfiber drying cloth that kicks the crap out of any other drying cloth ive gotten. Just run it over the car once and all the water is gone! :)
But yeah, not all microfiber cloths do the same thing |
mine like smears it wherever i move the towel, and SOME of it goes away and some stays as marks and i hate it...cheapo towel lol :dots:
|
1: Wash
2: Dry w/compressor or leafblower (just the cracks to get hidden water) 3: Finish drying w/chamois or microfiber |
no go buy a california water blade...............things are great then wateva water i cant reach i get wit a microfiber towel, no water marks.......ON BLACK!!!

and +2 on the scratches on your car from your grandmas old bath towels.
ive always used california water blade after im done washing, then coat one side of the car in quick detail and whipe it down with a soft towel i always use for just drying, then do the other side. |
zero scratches here. and i figure id get a scratch or two anyway from the intense speeding ! so power > prettiness. this aint no corvette baby boys!
|
i drip dry, then wax...
never got any water marks... |
