ok so i finally got stuff 2 seal my headlights and i have the headlights off and there all dried up inside......but theres water spots on the inside of the headlights.........does anyone have any idea of what i could do 2 clean em or am i just gunna have 2 live with it

Compressed air...:confused:..why is there water inside your headlights anyways..??

buy smoked headlights? they're so much better and they dont turn yellow lol

hes talking about the spots on the reflective chrome parts in the headlight. good luck on finding something to get the spots out. i had the same problem with my clear corners. even after i sealed them with rtv i still got condesation in them, so i sold them.

If the spots are on the acrylic, you can get them off, but if they are on the chrome, I think you are hosed.

In general, Vinegar will take off water spots pretty easily, but I am not sure if the chrome is safe from vinegar as it is an acid albeit a weak acid.

I fear you may end up spending lots of time getting these up to snuff for marginal results.

BTW, you guys with condesation problems, may want to see if you can hide some dessicant inside the lights somewhere where it can't be seen. That stuff absorbs water.

no its just water spots on the inside of tha plastic from condensation from not havin them sealed.......you wouldnt even tell its there but since i kno its there it bothers me

While we're on the subject, I just got some new headlights and really don't want them to get fogged up like my old ones, what can I do?

Seal the edges with silicone.....
