99-01 Cobra Fog Light Questions

Okay, so I've searched my ass off on this site and Google and I couldn't find anything to answer my questions about fog lights regarding my recently purchased 99-01 Cobra R bumper (doesn't matter if it's a regular 99-01 Cobra front bumper, same thing(regarding fog lights)).

So I want to buy fog lights for my bumper. AmericanMuscle.com has 99-01 Cobra Fog Lights for $119.00. I've found Cobra/Roush Fog Lights for $74.95 +S&H. My question is, are the Roush and Cobra fog lights the same? This question has been asked multiple times on this site before I've joined and nobody has answered it yet. They look the same in the pictures.

How would I mount these to my fiberglass bumper? Below is a picture of one of the double-hole'd sides. 01FR500, and my dad, insisted to get some fiberglass molding material and make something to hold the bracket with. Is there a right/wrong way to do this? Feel free to add in pictures/etc...

(The picture is huge so I'll just include a link) http://i40.tinypic.com/oivggi.jpg

(It's upside down, and the top of the bumper is facing the foreground (It's closer to the bottom of the picture :P). I believe it's supposed to be the outer most holes for the fog lights.)

Will I need a different wire harness? I'm not worried about the wiring part of this project, my dad's forte' is in wiring stuff. I've read on here that one would need a special "pig-tale" connector(s).

My last question is, where can I find this OEM 99-00 fog light switch, for something other then my right arm? I don't care if it's actually OEM, but if it could fit in the coin holder, that'd be great. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to charge $60 for a OEM switch. If one isn't found, I could always make due by getting a switch from Radio Shack, but I'd rather have an OEM looking one. :)

Hopefully this will answer some of the unanswered questions many have posted before.

Thanks.
