cobra front bumper
 

Ok christmas is coming up and im wanting a new bumper. I like the 03-04 cobra bumper and im thinking on getting it. My question is will it fit with the stock hood? My car was in a wreck before i got it and the owners put a GT hood on it, i dont think that makes a difference. Anyway where's the best place to buy it? Ive seen someone who has them on ebay prepainted and latemodelrestoration has a repro. of it. SO which should i go with?

you will need to push the top of the bumper back about a half inch. I just pushed the bumper back far as I could and marked the holes with a marker and drilled for the push pins.

This is an expensive bumper upgrade. I paid 200 for a knock off 03-04 bumper. It's plastic but more sturdy than OEM since I dont have a bumper support it wont get pushed in. I paid 180 for bezels and chin spoiler and Im going to drop another 10 bucks for plastic pins to secure them onto the bumper. Th pre drilled holes on the bezels for attaching dont line up with the bumpers but thats just a minor set back. I also paid 250 for paint and got a lifetime warranty on it.

Ford OEM part is like 700 bucks just for the cover.
