Sonic Scrubber power cleaner
 

So I figured I'd give this thing a try. Incase you don't know, it's a little motorized scrubbing brush, looks like an electric toothbrush.

As I'm sure you're all aware, cars have alot of cracks and crevices in the interior. If you're like me and live on a dirt road, after a while these places fill up with dust. It's a real pita to clean with a rag. I threw some detailer spray on the brush, and went to town. And I have to say...me likey! The brush is soft enough to get into most small areas, but hard enough to do some decent scrubbing if needed. I had some white crap on my door that just wasn't coming off when I scrubbed it with a rag/tootbrush. After a few minutes using this thing to scrub it with the detailer, it got the majority of it off! Not to mention the tough to reach places, and the air vents. I liked the fact that I don't have to take all the different switches out to clean around them. It is fairly abrasive, so you have to be careful with it if you have faded paint on your accessories. :rolleyes: But apparently you can use it on your wheels too, although paint may not be the best idea. You can pick them up at Wal Mart for about $10. It's not the greatest thing in the world, but for me it makes cleaning the inside quite a bit faster. Overall I give it a 4/5.

Can take off faded white paint on accessories
Too large to store in center console or the pathetic excuse for a glove box
Uses 4 AA batteries

I use this on my car, too. I like it a lot. It's great for cleaning around the lug nuts, the pointed brush gets into the crevices in between the break lights and side reflectors with ease, and that soft brush is good for the interior. I'm with you though, on the batteries being one of the cons. I really wish they would include a charger with it. My AA's have lasted quite a while, but I can feel they're going dead now. I'm putting rechargeable batteries in it next time.
