Need some oxidation/paint fading help

So the paint seems to be fading a bit in various spots on my hood and also starting to oxidize. It's not peeling or chipping or anything, but it's like a hazy color. Car is black, so I'm asking the experts on what I can do to fix this? What are some tips?

The best thing to do is wash, clay, then use a paint cleaner. After the paint cleaner, Id probably do a quick alcohol rub down to remove any potential fillers. Then polish the car to remove imperfections such as swirls, scratches, holograms, etc. You can use a polish to remove oxidation, but sometimes the oxidation will screw with the polish.

I will give that a shot. Thanks for the advice.
