Keeping a convertible top cleaned

I can clean my top just fine, but it gets dirty so easily (its tan). No, i dont have a garage to put it in, so thats out. Its just a pain cleaning it so much, and i dont want to keep using bleach on it... is there a better option?

There are a couple threads in the shine section that I posted in. Do a search for those.
