hey cuban and everyone got a ?

So im asking a few questions today pleas be patient with me :worship2: . Im asking cuban cause youve got a v6 like me. Just wondering what is safe for a sixer, im thinking a 75 shot right now, but could i see a hundred in the future without a blown motor? Also what kinda traction problems might i be looking at? Im trying to put some 410s and a tlock in my back end about the same time i get the nitrous? And what else is required besides new plugs
THanks

A 75shot is pretty safe on a 6er. I ran a 75 on my old 6er for a little while then stepped it up to a 125shot. I wouldnt suggest going over the 75 unless you have a tuner and have the car dyno tuned and on colder plugs. Having a tuner and access to a dyno was the only reason i upped my shot as high as i did and it was a safe tune.

Traction would be a big issue spraying from a dead stop or low mph roll. I'de say throw in the gear and T-loc at the same time as the N2o, that way your all set.

Well I'm spraying 75 right now with 100 shot jets for the occasional track run. Honestly even a 100 shot isn't that big of a shot with a tune. Key there is a tune. Get a good dyno tune run some 2 step colder COPPER plugs and don't spray under 2500 with 4.10's in an auto. With nitrous you want the engine to be able to rev freely when you start spraying so with 4.10's that's around 2500.

Just so you know nitrous and 4.10's are a lot of fun. I don't have traction issues really since I have good tires and they're 295/35 so they're beefy out back. Oh and keep an eye on bottle pressure too high can be just as bad as too low. Try to stay within 900-1150 and you'll be fine. Just make sure you tune it on the high side 1100-1150.

so same question kind of but with a little more info about my car, I said on a nother thread how it had 98000 miles on it, does this put nitrous out of reach or anything?

Well if you take care of your engine like change the oil regularly, and overall take good care of it then 98k should be fine. Come on now....200k on a civic and i spayed the piss out of it on a 100shot!

thanks for the info. I keep up with my oil changes, but i dont know about the people that had is before me, i bought it from a dealership so i dont know the people that had it before.
