:( well..today...my g/f crashed her stang...the 00 v6 auto...she took a turn going about 10 mph....and it was pretty much a hairpin turn followed by another turn like 100 feet ahead....she fish tailed tried to corect it and slid off the road hitting a small dead tree...i was freaking out....i jumped outta my car and ran towards her...she made it out w/ a cut from where the air bags deployed outa the steering wheel.....

o and this was all in the rain...heavy down pour

luckly..there was an off duty cop coming down the same road......he called the police and they arived.....u know wat happens there..blah blah blah...

the tow truck pulls the car out......her dad check the engine....no damage there....so he drive it home!!....but w/o the bumper saying it fell off when he opened the hood....

so its been a very hard day....here some pics

o and her car is on a bank going down...i took the pic weird...(and my cars in the backround too)

That sucks. at least shes ok and the car damage seems to be very minimal.

Holy **** dude, when I first saw the pics I thought it was your car for a second. Glad she's ok though.

Was 10mph what she told the cop she was going, or is that for real.

thats for real....i was following her....we were taking her car back to her house so that we could go out and about and not have to worry about bringing her car home later that night....turns out that we shouldve left the car @ my house

Edit: i usually take that turn at about 20 mph when its dry.....ive also spun out on that road many times cause of the leaves and stuff that fall and get wet....its a horrible road to begin w/

Damn, that sucks for your girl man. Could have been worse though...some bondo and it'll be good to go..:beerchug:

Thats not too bad. Airbag bill is going to be a bit much though. Hopefully there isnt any structural damage. Looks like all you'll need is a new bumper and some fresh headlights. Maybe a new radiator.

Grimmz 02-04-2006 04:27 PM

Damn man where in MD was that?

madmatt 02-04-2006 05:08 PM

Glad to see that the most important thing is ok though man. Cars mean jack crap compared to the person you love.

Lances03SVT 02-04-2006 05:11 PM

Yep that sucks man.But at least she was not injured.

Milos 02-04-2006 05:17 PM

Yep.. I know the 2000 V6 Automatic and how it handles in the rain... but as long as she's alright thats all that matters, a car can be replaced.

*edit*

holy **** and I just saw that turn on the last image, thats a ridiculous hairpin, ****
