did the blower come with EVERYTHING you need minus the tune?

yes it did. it came with a tune as well but most of the times they make low numbers

with what? SCT? becuase I have a grerat tooner up here...I wouldnt want the tune that KB sends

it came with a KB switch chip but i used my sct tuner...i wouldnt use the KB tune either
