New wheels and stuff. (56k fails)

I accidentally posted as Mr. Zip cause I'm on his computer. I got his wheels that used to be on his mustang for christmas. I also got a shorty antenna, and spacers for the back wheels will be coming soon. Now that Mr. Zip sold his car he is going to focus all of his attention on mine lol

Beutiful car, but when the hell did they make 4x4s?! Lol jk. But really lower it D: Those tires make it look like you put a lift kit on the thing :p

Badfish 12-23-2009 04:55 AM

looks good.

Pilks 12-23-2009 07:14 AM

what size are those?

Black Sunshine 12-23-2009 07:18 AM

Looks great! Lower it, get a grille delete and you'll be set! :)

Jacob 12-23-2009 08:20 AM

Yeah I love the way it performs and looks by lowering it but I do not want to scrape everywhere. I will be getting wheel spacers first and then I will be getting the delete. Those things are in the near future.

cr4sh_0v3rl0ad 12-23-2009 08:33 AM

Dude my Bullitt sits ALOT lower than your car, and only thing i scrape on is those huge ass speedbumps. I just avoid em. :) You'll be fine. Drop that bitch!

Deathdiesel 12-23-2009 09:14 AM

You can easily lower that monster truck 1.5inches. :P

krazypony 12-23-2009 10:00 AM

Damn that is a big gap there isnt it, I thought mine was bad...but it might be just because of the v6 and not GT

Mr. Zip 12-23-2009 10:28 AM

Yep, big gap. It must be because of the light weight of the 3.8 in the front. if you all remember, mine sat at least that high. :)

krenogin 12-23-2009 10:44 AM

I think zips wheels curse all mustangs into making them 4x4's becuz i remember his still sat high after lowering.

PColav6 12-23-2009 11:01 AM

Lower it anyway you pussy, the scraping it worth it. lol

Mr. Zip 12-23-2009 11:02 AM

What?! They were just bad springs that had to be sent back!

zigzagg321 12-23-2009 12:27 PM

lower the car, those rims make it look more like a 4x4 than the stock wheels.

Jacob 12-23-2009 02:04 PM

Well I would consider it first of all if I had the money for it and if I did lower it I would not even be able to get in the driveway. Not that there is anything wrong with that but it is also my first car and it has high mileage on it so I do not want to put too much money into it when I will end up selling it in a few years.I'll get a new car and hopefully get a v-8 with a whole lot less mileage on it. Then I will devote all my attention to making it look nice. This is my first car and I don't need to be throwing money into it when I will end up getting a better car shortly down the road. The mods that I am planning to put on this car will have no down side to them. Putting lowering springs will make me scrape everywhere I go. I live in a very hilly area and I would not look forward to scraping.

mustangvsix 12-23-2009 02:59 PM

not to shabby, looks good man.

springs likely cost less than the wheels you bought.

Jacob 12-23-2009 04:32 PM

If you did not read the post I got them from Mr. Zip. He even had an old picture of them on his car.

the gillz 12-24-2009 06:37 AM

i digg it, and the paint still looks like its in great shape too i hear you on the scraping shit, but the springs would really set the car off. oh yeah and the spacers were a great idea too. they didnt look that tucked in on zips car, did he have spacers on his??

Jacob 12-24-2009 11:15 AM

Yeah, he had spacers on his.

haha...like you would know n00b.

I made a factual statement. Springs often cost less than rims.

where you live perhaps, but in reality with the rest of us... you're wrong.

now if my statement that started this "zig doesnt read threads" bullshit were false, I could understand what u r saying.

what I said was, is and will remain to be true.

springs often cost less than rims

He was referring to the fact that I clearly said in my post that I got them from Mr. Zip and that you were not paying attention to the post and that it completly blew over your head. Case being that you don't read threads. You see statements that you want to see and coment on them when you have no idea what is going on except for what you felt like reading.
