An interesting move for SVT for sure, rather than street and track performance they are aiming for Dune-jumping. The lack of insane HP in the Raptor had me scratching my head untill i realized they were going for more of a Baja thing.

I'd rock it.

 

Well, they are going to release a 6.2 liter engine for the raptor and super duty line trucks.

But I think the reason they're trying not to focus on street and track performance is just that there are too many competitors now that all have around 400 hp.

The toyota tundra, nissan titan, dodge ram, etc etc

 

The raptor is badass.

I'm digging the Raptor. I don't like the weird decals on the side though.

That thing looks like a ******* blast.

Driving that truck through mud is a terrible waste of what it's built for..it's a prerunner. That **** needs to be hauling *** through bumpy desert terrain and ramping sand dunes at 80mph. lol

Haha, yeah..mudding isn't my thing. I'd much rather see a truck tackle rough terrain and climb rocks than go 3mph through a puddle. lol
