Awsome deal, and your welcome I try to take pix of my car but not all of them seem to turn out well i think its just that i need better backgrounds, cause well my car aint the problem lol and my camera isnt like an 800 dollar camera but it takes decent photos. I wanna get me a Cannon with a huge lens so i can pull things in from a far but anywho...I love your car lol considering i am not a fan of yellow cars, you did good with yours makes me think twice about em lol

King 04-14-2009 07:48 PM

Yeah...it's all of the black accents. A lot of folks try anthracite and chrome on them thinking that on a bright car shiny things must go with it...but that is simply not the case. Since it's such a bright car, you need dark accents to balance it out. Otherwise, it's rough on your eyes.

Becka 04-14-2009 08:08 PM

Yeah like i wanna do sumthin to accent my car but idk what yet i was thinkin like grey rocker stripes or center stripes but idk really.

King 04-14-2009 08:12 PM

Lemans stripes don't look good on our cars, and rocker stripes (excluding mach stripes of course) look cheap.

If your car were mine, first thing I'd do is swap the wheels out (sorry, not a fan)..From there, I'd drop it, add a chin spoiler and go wingless.

PColav6 04-14-2009 08:24 PM

You need to lower your car king.

Now

King 04-14-2009 08:32 PM

I can't...I bottom out enough as is in this town. I can barely pull into my own driveway without scraping already.

King 04-14-2009 10:23 PM

King 04-14-2009 10:44 PM

Your car would scrape just as much if not more... <<--- FTL

3.8for the win 04-15-2009 01:38 PM

just back in your driveway then you wont scrap.lol

King 04-15-2009 01:47 PM

Done it, still scrape.

LilMissLayla 04-15-2009 02:01 PM

Hell, I scrape around here in FL. I couldn't imagine it in CO or PA (where I used to live).

I'd still do it, King. It would look badass. :)

King 04-15-2009 03:27 PM

Yeah, I'd like to do it eventually. But not right now. I couldn't even if I wanted to unless someone wants to pay for that too....?

BoostedMKIV 04-15-2009 03:30 PM

You all can tell that I was shooting through a fence, I'm sure. But other than that, I think these came out okay. Not perfect, but okay.

mustangvsix 04-23-2009 07:20 AM

pics look good man, what lens were you using on these?

King 04-23-2009 09:08 AM

I was using my 75-300mm on all of them...and I think I was using F/8-F/9 for most of the shots as well

PColav6 04-23-2009 10:19 AM

You need to make your watermark more of a watermark and less of a huge ass banner. lol

WNRacing 04-23-2009 10:25 AM

Nice shots! & Monica Palumbo.. Mmmmm.

I would have to agree. I like the watermark you came up with, but it needs to be a little more subtle.

Switch 04-27-2009 08:26 AM

Hm..

There's watermarking and there's signing.

Watermarking is placing a large, but semi-transparent image or text over a picture in an area that would be hard to remove. It's used so that people aren't able to steal your pictures and sell them.

Signing is adding a name, url, etc to a photo so that when it floats around the internet, your name goes around with it and in most cases, traffic is driven to your web site.

What you're doing isn't watermarking, because in most of the pictures I can straight up crop out your banner and have a perfectly good picture.

That being said, when you sign your pictures I think it's better to have it a little less prominent.
