What do you think the old girl needs???
 

Hi everyone, I just wanted to stop in and gets your opionon on what I should do to my stock 2000 V6 stang. Under the hood is very stock with a few modifications. I am going for apperances for the next car season. I changed out the stock sound system for 2 way kappa Infinity speakers all around, 2 10" Infinity Kappa Subwoofers, powered by Infinity 300 Watt Subwoofer Amplifier in the trunk and a Pioneer MP3 CD player as the head. All the windows are tinted 35%. I picked up some smoked headlights and lowered the car. I also got it repainted.

Here is picture as the car came home and one as the cas sits now.

Over the winter I plan on getting a new grill, tinting the tail and signal lights, and of couse new black rims (i have 18 Potenza's to fill)but there are so many things to choice from. I also was thinking of a mach 1 chin spolier.

so lets hear the feedbacks, all is welcome. :)

damn nice paint job, car looks great I like the color scheme. R u gonna keep those wheels? I saw a stang with those but chrome, i dont know if some come chrome or if they were dipped, but it looked badass cause they are already a five star design. Definitely get a style bar, it would look awesome.

light bar, chin spoiler, grille delete. car looks awsome otherwise. maybe some black rocker stickers for the door.

wheels would set it off. lower it a bit too. otherwise, looks great! love the paint.

some black wheels would look great on there!!!

light bar, chin and get ir REPAINTED... sorry but the those 99-00 scoops look dumb black.. maybe Termi Scoops black on organge, but get the sideskirts orange plz..

The wheels are stock so I am going to assume they are dipped. I was going to keep them, they are 17s, but after I lowered the car there is still a gap, so i was going to put some 18s on to take away the apperance of it looking like a bad gap, and i also got the 18 rubber dirt cheap. I was going to get a light bar but then after humming and hauing i decided not to cuz then my dog wont fit in the back seat.

When the car was silver I was going to get the bullit style rims but in silver so I ant sure if I should just go black now or go newer with a fr500'. Any one got suggestions on what rims to go with besides black??

I like the paint scheme:D It's hard to tell from the picture, is that color Grabber Orange or Competition Orange? In my opinion, a chin spoiler and some nice rims would dress her up real nice.

Well orange is my fav color so I went with the grabber orange to start and i didint like the way it looked didnt really pop for me so I went ventours while looking at paint chips and picked Tangier Orange General Motor :o.. But it looks sharp even tho it ant ford:D

You need a grill delete and different wheels. Car looks great other wise.

If it were mine, I'd get black wheels, get the sideskirts painted orange, grill delete, chin spoiler, and a skinnier antenna. I'm not too much of a fan of those fatter shorty antennas. I like the black scoops. They compliment the black in the hood, and will accent the black wheels when/if you get them.

Car looks great, though. You've done a great job so far. :)

A gloss black fuel door might look nice

Get new wheels for sure and a chin spoiler or new front bumper.

Not a big fan of the Black side skirts, look pretty odd. What I would do..

• Mach 1 Rear spoiler
• Mach 1 Chin spoiler
• 3pc. Grill delete
• GT Hood Scoop (orange)
• Black 18" Saleen Wheels
• Light bar
• Paint the Door handles and Side skirts Orange..
• Bullitt side scoops deletes (orange)

I never thought I'd see the day, but I completely agree with Evan. The only thing that I would add to that list is some Cobra skirts, but overall that's the perfect list.

at first looked at the paint n hated it but then clicked on it and i'm feelin the paint scheme. Not bad... get some black wheels and omg will be pretty! more pics!

Here are a few more pics of the car threw out the year, sadly I wasnt able to take some pictures before I packed her away, but I will get some new ones for yous in the new season with the new additions.

This girl ant familour with PS, can anyone do something with the black skirts and handles, if they look better it might also be changed over the winter, but after already painting the orange twice I would like to see what she will look like before I repaint anything, and maybe paint up the wheels. :)
