Dodobird223 04-16-2008 06:13 PM

whoa... So it used to be a 3.8, then a 4.6, and now it's gonna be a 5.6? That's ridiculous!

Must See 04-16-2008 06:44 PM

how hard was the swap from a 3.8 to a 4.6(5.4). What all compents did you have to change out?

mustangvsix 04-16-2008 07:38 PM

looks great! That is awesome you have taken it from a 3.8 to the 5.6 it will be.

Swapping a 3.8l to 4.6l or 5.4l isnt all that hard persay. The biggest part is the cost. Its all the little parts here and there that add up and get meticulous. Including my most recent project(the 5.6l), I think i've done/been apart of 8 motor swaps into mustangs. There are tons of write ups and how to's for it. One that my buddy and I worked on is on 3.8mustang.com(its posted under the screen name Badazzstang). Its lengthy(well not really) but very helpful and informative.

I can always answer specific questions if anyone ever has one. Just hit me a PM
