Slappy finally got his stripes finished.
 

Finally got my stripes finished, had a streak of bad weather which prevented me from finishing them untill a couple days ago. Took her out, mwashed her up, gave her a good waxing.

you will have to forgive the camera, it kind of sucks. LOL


i went with 8 inch, 10 in just seemed a bit wide for what i wanted. All in all, for 40 bucks you cannot make a more visual statement. They were a piece of cake to install, and i still got a buttload of pin striping left.

Removal of the factory stripes was a piece of cake, took me about an hour with a $14.95 con air blow dryer.... yeah.. they gave me a wierd look when my bald ass went there to buy a hair dryer. ROFL

Ive never been a fan of striped but yours look good and looks like you did a great job.

Im pretty stoked on it. The piccs dont really do it justice, believe it or not, it was bright, sunny, and beautiful. My computer is a total piece of crap and barly works the few times it does, and my roomate's comp dosent like my digital camera so i had to use his camera, and it sucks. <grin>

I got some wicked pics tho, just need to go to walmart and dump em out onto a CD...

I almost went with yellow stripes, but i thought that would be a little bit too flashy for my taste....

The only visual thing i have left to do is the Chin Spoiler whenever MT gets em in, plus i think im gonna get some lowering springs. After that, im gonna start doing a little more work under the hood.

I love stripes. i wish I had the balls to get them on my car. Problem is, I have a black vert with a tant top. been thinking about tan stripes to go with my Roush kit and match the top.

I saw those tan stripes on the roush with the tan top.... it looks good but not the BEST color combo around.

Well, the good thing is stripes are cheap and easy to do. If you decide you dont like it, you can pull em right off.

Black very tan top? sounds like it would be difficult to get a color that would work right

Actually, I found stripes that match the top perfectly.

I say go for it, I have yet to meet someone that does not like them, they look so much better live.
