Tubular K member pic
1 Attachment(s)
I stopped by the shop today since I was by there and they have installed the tubular kmember. Its UPR one that has been powder coated red. I got a great deal on it so jumped on it. I also got a billet steering shaft since the last one was melted by the headers. Its my carmera phone so not a good pic.

looks like its coming along nicely!
i cant wait till the day i take mine in for all that!!! im gonna have a nice forged motor built, and put in a 62mm turbo.:D waiting on an insurance settlement first though. |
how is the quality of that UPR one?
during the summer i may be doing headers and i figured since i am doing that why not get a tubular k member and run coilovers. and UPR has a kit for 700 bones that has the kmember, control arms, and a coilover kit. |
Ill try and take some pics of the welds but it looked good. I would of liked to take better pics but didnt have my dig camera but Ill get some more pics.

No doubt MM is the shitz but I dont plan on going on a track anytime soon so dont need the added strenth but UPR looks like good 2nd runner up. But since I havnt taken a good look at it cant really tell you much.
