They are still ugly, heavy and none the less junk! I like how the county cops are sticking with the mustangs around my area.

DarkSith 08-22-2006 05:16 PM

I actually saw one of those on the interstate on my way to back from Mississippi.

You are surrounded by a lot of popular mustang shops. MPH, Duggan, Unlimited, etc. How you like it down there?

Love it other the the damn heat and traffic.:flameON: But I guess I won't be complaining come January when the average high is still 50+ degrees. I love the fact that there is a ton of Stang shops if I ever need 'em. I'm still debating if I want to let MPH put a blower on. I'm trying to justify the cost but I keep telling myself I'll never really be able to enjoy it on the streets. All I do is sit in traffic here and Gwinnett Police seem like they flick everything moving.:D I'm not big on going to the track either but would like to go more though.

How long ago did you move down here? Lawrenceille is only about 30 minutes from me? Actually my dad lives in Lawrenceville.

Gwinnett Cops aren't near as bad as Lawrenceville City cops! They pull you over for everything!

AS long as it's a place that sells vast quantities of Alcohol I am there...Or maybe the track, and the alcohol can come later!

Or hell, everyone can come to my house this Saturday and install my springs for me. I have about 3 cases of beer, and 2 bottles of crown at my house. The wife will be dress shopping, and the kids will be with my mom!!!!

Nah, me and my cousin can handle it. But, seriously if you want to come hang out and drink some cold beer you can. we can do a photo shoot with our cars. And there is a damn good chance a poker game will break out after the install! LMK.

MattJ 08-23-2006 11:02 AM

For some reason, that area of the freeway is not routinely patrolled.

There really aren't any cops on that stretch. The cops actually announced on TV channel 4 that they were going to spot drivers up to 15 over before writing tickets if/when they do patrols. I don't know if they are still doing that since they just raised the limit on that stretch from 65 to 70 to address the speeding issues. Previously, the limit was only 70 on the outside edges of Metro Detroit limits and in suburbs. Everyone still does a minimum of 80-85.:D

A link about it.
