my own interior upgrade package... it was a bit bland for me

That looks good. I had thought about doing mine, but with two interior colors already, I thought it may be too much.
My only question would be, did you prep the suface before painting? I have seen some that did not and it flakes and doesn't look so hot after a year or so.

That looks great man! Now just get some Bullitt pedals for that bad boy and you'll be set :punk:

looks pretty good I used to have a silver stang and did the same thing, I had those stupid circles come through on mine too ( under the window buttons, I found that if you use a less corrosive primer they wont come though as bad

Looks real good! How much paint did it take you?

a little more then a can, if I hadn't redone the shifter bezel then it would have just been one. (plus can of primer)

hey you shouldve taken pictures and stuff as you were in the process of doing it. looks really good. i am planning on doing that with my car... sometime within the next month. i am wondering what would happen if i sand down the material then primer it and then paint it....? any ideas?

that's the ideal way to do it, just make sure that you use 400 or finer before you start painting

That's the advantage of having a black interior already. I had that parchment shiot, it's taken me 6 cans already, and I haven't even done anything in the back yet except the piece above the rear seats! After final touchups and those last few pieces i'll easily be over 10 cans! But it'll be worth it in the end!
