parts
randy i need those adapter plates ford started making to put an ls2 into the late 60's mustangs
|
1 that sounds like a ford racing product and not a ford product
2 Randy doesn't work at the dealership anymore so he doesn't sell parts anymore https://mustangboards.com/parts-desk...you-parts.html |
Why would you want to put a crappy Chebby in a Ford? Even the old 351C is better than the Gen III SBC.

I remember reading something about a recall on the brake line freezing up, is this correct? Does she just need to take it to the dealer and they'll replace it? Thank bud. |

well late 60's mustang's you could also get a 429, 428, 390, 351, or a 260ci v8, not to mention a few inline 6's which could be different mounts on the frame rails than a 302 or 289
EDIT:170, 200, 250ci inline 6 <thanks wikipedia |

Thanks Guys, I'm usually on here and Modular Revolution every day, lurkin';)
also might start a new forum, or re-naming my old one on here, just to provide some "parts" experience to you all, like the one about the Cobra strg rac being different than other models and still can-do some parts sales, just can't give as much discounts as before.....so Im not totally gone:D |

Yes you do. You need a crank, connecting rods, and maybe pistons (but I'm not a 100% on that).
they replaced the motor in a tank and when they went to start it, it just free spun the found inside the motor nothing except a note in the oil pan that said happy friday :smokin: |
