Does ford sell the 2 flaps that are riveted on the ears of the bumper which have the 2 bolts on each side of the bumper that secure it to the fender? Do they sell them alone?

Its for a 01 Cobra front bumper.

Yes, it's how the bumper is held on. The plate with 2 bolts that attach it to each side of the fender. :salook:
