in need of: 01 bullitt shift trim ring, A/C vent, and some info !

hey randy! everyone seems to be talking about how great you are so i
was wondering if you could help me. i've been looking for an 01 bullitt
shift trim ring for awhile now and i was hoping you could help me out.
also, the right A/C grill thing in the center dash just kind of fell out
the other day. it's missing a small plastic piece that holds the top
and bottom halves together while also clipping the grill into the vent.
i'm also wondering what other oem colors were available for the center
dash trim besides charcoal grey. haha, sorry for all the questions, any
help you can give me would be appreciated, thanks!

well, hope your sitting down for this one. that Bullitt trim bezel is $114.00 list and @$84.00 to you. the A/C vents in the center bezel are $22.95 each and the center cluster comes in silver, black and tan and sell for @$69.00 and come wth the 2 A/C registers

wow! you are awesome! haha, well, i'm not quite sure what color i have exactly. i have a black 01 mustang with charcoal grey interior. would that make my center cluster the silver or black one? also, how much for the shifter part or is that included as part of the center cluster? afterall, they should match, i'd think. thanks a lot for all the info so far!

johnjacobjingleheimersmit 03-15-2007 11:27 PM

or i guess my question really is, how black is the darkest trim, i'm looking for something that looks BLACK, not just a shade of grey. thx!

Randy Stinchcomb 03-16-2007 05:49 AM

the Ford black is a dark, kinda' flat black, but dark and I would think your cluster is black to match the dash. now the shifter bezel is a seperate part and I'd need to know if you have traction control or not

johnjacobjingleheimersmit 03-16-2007 09:20 AM

Hey Randy! I do have traction control but sadly, my interior is this color. http://www.mustangforums.com/timelin...interior-2.jpg this looks a lot like my car except that it's manual. is this the darkest that ford makes the interior? thx!

Randy Stinchcomb 03-16-2007 09:39 AM

oh, ok yeah thats the medium charcoal, so you want the shifter bezel and center dash bezel in black?

johnjacobjingleheimersmit 03-16-2007 10:58 AM

i think i would prefer it, but right now i'm messing around a lot with the colors to see what i like best. how much would the damage be for that whole shifter bezel and center dash?

Randy Stinchcomb 03-16-2007 11:45 AM

ok, shifter bezel in black, manual trans $113.81, Bullitt "trim ring" $83.95 and the center dash bezel in black $62.55 + shipping on the above

johnjacobjingleheimersmit 03-17-2007 03:32 PM

ouch, i'm goign to have to think on that. grey's not such a bad color.. haha. as for the trim ring though, you should probably expect a call from me soon. thx a lot randy! you're awesome!
