Bushings
 

Randy what bushings do I need with the upper control arms I bought these off ebay and I think I need 2 for the uppers but maybe you could help me out with anything i'm missing from this pic to install them. I think I need center and outer bushings...correct me if i'm wrong.

Edit: Sorry about the title its been a long day. I meant bushings.

yeah, you'll need the bushing for the axle housing. I'll need the year of the car/rear.

do not use poly urethane bushings at both ends of the upper links. It'll cause bind that will negatively affect handling. Since the upper links are at a distinct angle the housing end bushings need to be either rubber (rubber bushings are stock, and are captured in the diff housing and very difficult to remove) or spherical there. Steeda and (I think) MM sell spherical UCA bushings for the diff housing which should provide good range of motion and reduce or elimiate bind there.

For the LCA's you should be ok with the bushings that are in them but I still don't like poly at both ends for the above referenced bind issues. LCA's aren't totally paralell to the car either so they suffer the same bind issue just less intensely.

You should be able to install them just as they sit and have no real issues. As you approach the limit of their capability you'll decide whether or not you'll need to upgrade. Sphericals cause a good bit of NVH when you start using them at both ends but it's not intolerable.
