suspension time

After i do some brake mods to my stang, i want to work on some suspension mods. The only current suspension mods i have are kyb agx gas shocks and struts. First off, which suspension mods do you guys suggest doing?? i dont want to spend a ton of money, but a couple bucks to help transfer the power and help my 60' times. I was thinking of just doing subframes and caster/camber plates?? is this a good route?? any suggestions and which brands to go with i would appreciate. thanks

Are you just into drag race times or does street performance and handling matter? It makes a HUGE difference in what setup to suggest.

Short answer, call Maximum Motorsports. Give them your goals, your budget and 15 minutes to build you a custom parts list.

CC plates are an answer to a problem, not anything else. Only use them if you need them. Subframes will help keep the chassis flex from absorbing engine power and help you get off the line more consistently. They add weight so you'll end up hurting your times a tad more than likely.

If cost is an issue and you're willing to sacrifice about half of the performance potential for about double the money:

Call up MM and order the sport box if you have ride quality concerns, or if not, order the road and track box. If you can spring for the extra money, NOTHING I've driven has prepared me for the performance of the Maximum Grip box. They're packaged systems that work exactly as advertised. Coil-over is worth the extra cost in every way. I know it's 2 grand more but dude... trust me, you'll thank me for the easy install later and the orders of magnitude better handling capability. The performance improvement is well worth the money they charge for the kit.

I have the max grip setup and dude... you're not ready. It's so fukkin great... makes me smile to get into my car despite the rough-ish ride and extra noise. Sharp right hand turns at full speed are soooo much fun.
