need help on h pipe install

hey guys i was going to remove my h pipe and i got all the bolts off fine except for that damn passenger side one  I used pb buster and a 15mm socket with swivel and extension and i just cant budge it and my car only has 4,000 miles on it. Now from trying to get it off it is getting rounded off so do you guys have any suggestions. I feel if i keep trying and it just keeps slipping off the bolt like it has then it will be more rounded than it is now and i will be screwed ...any suggestions?? sorry so long im just really fustrated

well i took my car to the exhaust shop down the street being the bolt was rounded now so the guy heated it up to get the shape back alittle and he got it off half way then the damn bolt locked up and wouldent move any farther... so now im thinking its striped so anyone know how hard it is to replace the stud? im thinking of just burning it off

Shouldn't cost but a few bucks at your local autozone! :)

On my first stang I had to burn two of them off. Once we got to look at them, we saw they were both stripped. My vote is to take the torch to um.

Napa sells new studs without shoulders that help make a better seal. Try those. Ill see if I can dig up the part number for you.

Here it is. #600-1819
